I'm glad I waited for this to come out on iTunes and didn't see it in the movies. It was long and drawn out with all the angst and emotion and pointless drama of the teenage years. I can imagine many middle schoolers and teenagers identifying with this movie but I didn't want to immerse myself back into that world. I guess it's possibly a testiment to a movie well done if that was it's point? Not a "feel good" movie at all. Most of the time the main character and the supporting characters were feeling awful. All I can say is meh.
I feel bad
This movie is exactly what’s wrong with the world. It’s not witty or insightful. It’s just sad. Don’t bother, unless you love hating yourself. It looks like most of us do these days. Eat up!
In my opinion It was bland
The best movie I’ve seen all year
Lady Bird deserves all the recognition it got, and it should get more attention. The acting is incredible, along with the casting. As soon as I finished watching it, I wanted to watch it again.

I didn’t like the movie at all because there was nothing new
In Short: It’s Good This Never Received Any Oscars

Lady Bird is easily one of the most overhyped, overrated films I have seen in quite some time. While there is artistic merit that can be found in the characters’ interactions with each other as well as the story, every character involved in it is flat, poorly written, or just absolutely insufferable, supercilious, and self-serving. Lady Bird is the prime example of such a character, with her mistakes driving a paper thin script in a way that makes her easily the most unlikable character in cinematic history. The pacing is incredibly slow, the cinematography lacking in variation, depth and light in general, the characters’ development practically non-existent (until the conclusion), and one of the hastily rushed endings I have ever seen. Don’t bother seeing this film. You’re only doing a disservice to yourself if you do. Settle in with another favorite movie instead.
Didn’t care for it
It felt too long and left me unsatisfied at the end.

Wooooooooowwwwwwwwwww, i still cant get over how horrible this movie was. Worst piece of garbage i have ever ssen in my entire life!
This movie is kinda funny and has a few great cast members that are popular already, not so bad Juggalos.
Literally everyone in the cast is so talented. Greta Gerwig did such an amazing job. I cried at least five times and cheered when Lady Bird got into Yale. It's so beautiful and perfectly captures a loving but tough daughter/mother relationship.
